About Us

My bio :- Michael Edwards BSc MBA MCMI.

Born a long time ago, in the North East of England, and back living in my home town Sunderland.

I spent many years in Birmingham and Rugby, and was a Civil Engineer for over half of that time. My claim to fame, was in designing and building the Formula 3000 Birmingham Super Prix racing circuit whilst working for Birmingham City Council in 1986.

After being made redundant from my position as Project Manager in the water industry in 1994, I started as a self-employed consultant helping small businesses to achieve ISO9001 (or ISO9002 as it was then) and help to maintain and improve their management systems through Internal Auditing. I quickly developed a growing client base after ‘word of mouth’ recommendations and leads from Business Link.

In 1997 I project managed my own self-build using a timber-frame kit from Pottons. We moved in after just 15.5 weeks from buying the land!!

My expertise developed into other areas as I saw opportunities to help my clients further, hence, I have been developing websites since 1999, all self-taught. I also, have helped companies to put together Tender Documents for public sector contracts, in fact I helped them achieve over £20 million worth of business.

As a result of the above, I’ve made presentations on ‘hints and tips’ to win contracts to small business audiences across the Midlands.

I now look after clients across the UK including Greater London, the West Midlands and the North East.

My qualities include being results orientated, sensitive to different people’s needs, confident in my abilities and able to communicate ideas effectivelly.
